Thermo-lite: Copper pan-flashed skylight features:

The hatch (glazing and frame)
   • The welded aluminum outer frame (A) is powder coated
     and baked on for lasting beauty and
     protection.
   • The welded PVC inner frame (B) with
     santoprene gasket (C) provides an
     efficient thermal break to insure a
     weathertight seal.
   • Standard glazing is tempered low-E
     Argon filled.

The curb
   • The standard thermo-lite curb (D) is
     3/4" thick birch plywood that comes
     pre-finished in white.
   • The curb can also be painted on-site
      to match any interior color scheme or
      left as is to eliminate any curb finishing
      work.

Flash system
   • Prefabricated continuous copper flashing (E) is attached to the curb for quick installation.
   • Roll formed from premium 24 gauge cold rolled copper.
   • All seams are Pittsburgh locked and hand soldered for guaranteed watertightness.
   • Flashing is used for shingle roofs from 15°- 60°.

Glass options
• Choice of tempered low-E glass or laminated low-E glass.

Adhesive skylight underlayment Type ZOZ 216 This roofing underlayment is an alternative to roofing felt that wraps the skylight or roof window to provide added protection from extreme weather conditions. This is especially important in areas where ice and snow accumulate on the roof. One roll will do approximately 3 skylights.	$42.87
