   • Concealed motor control system and rain sensor that automatically closes the window.
   • Mortise and tenon joints for stability in the frame.
   • Includes 20ft of hard wire that connects into a standard junction box.
   • Patent pending VELUX, "Deck Seal" provides an air and water barrier for a
     leak proof installation. The 1 1/4" flange/bracket sits directly on the roof
     deck with no gaps, providing an air and water barrier around the skylight
