VELUX flashing systems are designed to shed water without relying on sealants that can break down over time. EDW high profile roof flashing is designed to work with tile roofs. A minimum roof pitch of 15 degrees is required.
- No caulk or sealants are needed
- Adhesive underlayment (ZOZ 216) is not included with this flashing kit but is recommended, especially in areas with severe weather where snow and ice can accumulate on a roof
- EDW CK06 flashing kit is designed specifically to fit VELUX GPU and GXU CK06 roof window models
- Flashing kit model cannot be installed on roof windows from other manufacturers or different VELUX roof window models
