Refund policy

Standard size and glazing skylight orders which have been accepted may be cancelled only with prior written consent of Skylightsforless.com upon terms that will fully indemnify Skylightsforless.com against loss.

Products are not to be returned without prior authorization. Product may not be returned more than 45 days after date of invoice.

Contact Skylightsforless.com via email at Support@Skylightsforless.com. Please include order # and description of problem. A restocking charge of 15% of the invoice amount applies to all returns. Purchaser is responsible for the freight back to the nearest Velux Distribution Center. All VELUX skylights with factory installed blinds are non-returnable and non-cancellable. Special Color Blinds, Custom size skylight or custom glass skylight orders cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances once the customer has signed the special order form and the signed order form has been received for processing.

At SkylightsforLess.com all products are electronically ordered and shipped. Due to the nature of the ordering process, we can guarantee changes or cancellation requests can be made. Any custom-made orders can not be refunded under any conditions.
