ECL step flashing provides a weathertight seal for standard site-built curbs installed on roofs with thin roofing materials such as asphalt or fiberglass shingles. ECL step flashing works with:

• Curb mounted skylights, such as the VELUX FCM, VCM and VCE skylights.
• 2x6 or 2x4 site-built curbs made to standard dimensions.
• Shingles or other low-profile roofing materials on roof pitches from 10° (2:12) - 60° (20:12).

EDL step flashing provides a weathertight seal for deck mounted skylights or roof windows installed on roofs with thin roofing materials such as asphalt or fiberglass shingles, slate, cedar shingles and shakes*

Each piece of step flashing is interwoven with a layer of roofing material for proper water drainage. No caulk or sealants are needed. Type EDL for skylights is designed for roofs with slopes from 14º (3:12) to 85º (137:12). Type EDL for roof windows is designed for roof pitches required by GPU and GDL.

ECB flashing is to be used in conjunction with a site-built curb and deck mounted skylights in low sloped roof applications.

It is to be applied on simple 2x4 lumber and plywood, and does not require bending.

• 2x6 or 2x8 site-built curbs made to standard dimensions.
• Tiles or other high-profile roofing materials on roof pitches from 14° (3:12) - 60° (20:12).

A VELUX® exclusive, EDM metal roof flashing makes installing skylights in metal roofs a snap. Flashing pieces interlock directly with the roofing material for a fast, weathertight installation and streamlined exterior. A sill apron features pliable pleats that form to the roof. EDM flashing is designed for roof pitches from 14º (3:12) to 85º (137:12).

EKL combi-flashing is designed to work with multiple deck mounted skylights grouped together on low-profile roofing materials such as shingles and shakes. This flashing system is designed for roofs with slopes from 14º (3:12) to 85º (137:12).

Skylight applications require 4" spacing for over-and-under configurations. 2½" to 12" spacing in ½" increments is required for side-by-side configurations. Note: skylight spacing dimensions will vary from actual gutter width - see installation instructions.

Roof window EKL systems are designed for use with required GPU and GDL roof pitches.

Roof window applications require 4” spacing for both over-and-under and side-by-side spacing.

This modular system allows easy installation of an unlimited number of units closely together to dramatically transform interior spaces with natural light.
